Vittori Development has submitted a rezoning application for 7911-7923 Edmonds Street to rezone the site from R5 and C4 to C9 (Urban Village Commercial) and RM3r (Multiple Family Residential Rental). The site is located at the intersection of Edmonds Street and 6th Avenue, five-minute drive from High Gates. A six-storey mixed-use development is proposed on the 35,670 sqft of land. It will consist of Commercial/Retail at ground and all rental units up top.
