The existing site is occupied by a three-storey high building facing 49th avenue and multiple commercial building facing Victoria. It is classified as commercial located at the intersection of Victoria and 49th Avenue. The populated area lacks multi-family residential. Is it transit friendly and with plenty of dining and shopping on options on Victoria Street.
