6615 Kingborn Development submitted a rezoning application for 6615 Telford Avenue. The site is located close to Metrotown Skytrain Station. This is one of many mid-block redevelopments in the Metrotown area that will happen in the foreseeable future with the first row (Suntower, Metroplace, Gold house, Silver, and Telford) almost complete. The rental apartment in this area has been in controversy and it seems the problem has been resolved. The development included replacement rental units to cover what was lost.

The development is composed of a 31-storey Strata Residential Tower and a 6-storey Residential Rental Building on top of 4 levels of underground parking. Parking is accessed from the lane using a shared ramp. The project consists of 349 units with 88 of them being rental homes with 54 being below market rate. The total site area is 48,600 Sqft with an FSR of 5.7.
