Alabaster Homes has submitted a rezoning application for 8 continuous lots located on Ash Street near Queens Elizabeth Park to redevelop the prized site into two four-storey and one six-storey building. Claridge Real Estate Advisors facilitated the transactions for the developer and owners of the detached lots 4991-5120 ash street. We assembled 5010-5120 in 2017 and added 4991 Ash in 2019.
