The City of Burnaby has initiated a rezoning application to rezone 7510-7536 Kingsway, 7390-7404 16th Ave, 7411-7417 15th Ave from single house residential and empty land to comprehensive development under the Edmonds Town Centre Plan. The site does not have a project detail at the current stage but included an estimation of the project size.
